Commercial buildings are hard to clean without the proper equipment. After this warehouse had a fire the smoke had risen leaving soot and odor in the rafters and on the beams. Having to clean in the air this way takes knowing the right companies and having the right OSHA trainings.

OSHA requires many safety procedures to be in place when using scaffolding or scissor lifts. This lifts helped immensely with the cleaning process. We even made a game out of it, giving a prize to the technician who reached the end quickest without compromising quality.
